Welcome to Briscoe Mighty Hands Cleaning Services. By scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

1. Payment Terms

• A deposit of $25-$50 is required to secure your service booking.

• We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Incorrect payment information will result in a canceled service.

• If the service location is inaccessible or the vehicle is not present at the scheduled time, a $50 trip fee will apply.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Appointments canceled less than 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

• Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. If you are not satisfied with the service, we will gladly reschedule.

3. Appointment Scheduling

• Appointments must be scheduled through our website or by phone at 248-862-8857.

• We serve locations within a 1-hour radius of Detroit, Michigan.

• In the event of inclement weather, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty to ensure service quality.

4. Pricing and Service Policies

• Prices are subject to change based on vehicle size and condition. Prices listed on the site represent general rates, but for other vehicles (boats, ATVs, motorcycles, etc.), the customer will be responsible for paying any price difference, which will be communicated before the service begins.

• All paint corrections or any other services not listed on the site will require a quote provided by Briscoe Mighty Hands and cannot be booked online. These bookings will be arranged personally with Briscoe Mighty Hands.

5. Customer Privacy

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Customer information will remain confidential until the service is completed.

• After completion, customer information will be securely archived.

6. Commitment to Integrity

• Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every service we provide.

7. Changes to Terms

• Briscoe Mighty Hands Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Customers will be held to the Terms and Conditions that were published at the time of their booking.

• Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Customers are responsible for their property and belongings during the service.

9. Acceptance of Terms

• By scheduling a service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
